This bank, which deals exclusively with mortgages and is headquartered in Hamburg, was established on 1 March 1995. It is part of the Warburg Banking Group.

Building on the long-standing contacts and experiences of the parent company, the mortgage bank not only offers classic, long-term real estate financing, but also the entire spectrum of short and medium-term financing, in particular:

• Individual and flexible full service of mortgage loans of € 1.000,000 or more,
