The bank’s roots date back to the 19th century. Founded in Zurich in 1880, Ringbank Schoop, Reiff & Co. AG quickly became well established as one of the financial institutions specialising in securities. From this bank emerged the bank Gut, Streiff AG in 1965, which concentrated on the asset management business. In 1978, important Japanese and Swiss firms took over the bank and changed its name to Interallianz Bank. M.M.Warburg & CO KGaA took the bank over in September 1996 and changed its name. Specialising in asset management and investment consultancy, M.M.Warburg Bank Schweiz AG offers an international client base first-class consulting, also with regard to services for independent asset managers, handling trust clients and inheritance as well as financial planning, etc.
